Take care of your skin in the morning and... at night!

Throughout the day and night our skin is subjected to different stimuli and many demands. We have a very active life, with changes of mood and energy that our skin also notes. In fact, according to a study carried out by the British journalist Anna Magee, stress and all that it entails (getting up too early, not getting enough sleep or neglecting our diet and exercise) causes our skin to age rapidly: increased acne, pimples and eye bags, reduction of the brightness of the skin, greater sagging of the skin and the appearance of dry skin, spots or redness. Therefore, we must put a stop to stress and take care of our skin according to the needs of the moment:

  • In the morning we must prepare our skin to face the new day! A good option is to start by toning it with a micellar lotion and then moisturising it and providing it with antioxidant elements with the proteoglycan. This will help you achieve a bright and firm skin to show yourself in the best possible light! To finish, apply your specific treatment and don't forget to protect your skin with sunscreen.
  • In the evening, after an entire day of activity, the skin looks tired, and you must come to its rescue! It's the best time to provide it with the nutrients that will prepare it for the next day and defend it from new aggressions. In your nightly skin care ritual, you can start by cleansing your skin of impurities accumulated throughout the day, remains of pollution, of make-up and also dead cells with a micellar solution. Finish it off with your specific treatment, and don't forget about the eye area, lips and expression lines we are so worried about!

Turn your skin care into a morning ritual... and a nightly ritual!
