The power of relaxation

Believe it or not, the body’s natural state is relaxation. However, day after day we subject it to a busy schedule, riddled with setbacks, stress and tension. Therefore, time set aside daily for relaxation is recommended, because if we manage to have a clear, firm and stable mind, we will significantly improve many aspects of our body.
