Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

What is it?

Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, is a fat-soluble vitamin with an antioxidant and repairing function.

What does it do for your skin?

Helps prevent and minimise skin damage caused by external agents since it reduces the amount of reactive oxygen species (ROS) or free radicals and the damage from membrane lipids. It is also attributed soothing and repairing properties. It fortifies skin cells and fights aging.
