Methylsulfonylmethane

What is it?

Methylsulfonylmethane is a source of elemental sulphur, which is part of our regular diet. Due to its small size it is easily absorbed. It also provides more sulphur than amino acids such as cysteine.

What does it do for your skin?

Methylsulfonylmethane has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a source of sulphur and is involved in the synthesis of collagen and keratin. It helps maintain and restore the redox balance in the hair follicle in order to reduce oxidative stress related to hair loss.
