Olive and jujube extract
What is it?
Olive and jujube extract is a plant-based active containing oleuropein, which activates proteasome (cell self-recycling system), improves the degradation of the cell and jujuboside residue, which strengthen the antioxidant protection system and prevent the formation of oxidised cell waste.
What does it do for your skin?
Proteasome is a protein complex present in cells which degrades damaged protein and turns it into new components that can be reused by the cells. Pollution reduces proteasome activity, causing a build-up of damaged proteins that contributes to premature skin aging. Cell self-recycling improves the renewal of skin cells to maintain their longevity.
