Sweet almond oil
What is it?
Sweet almond oil is a plant oil obtained from the fruit of the almond tree. Its components include a high content in unsaturated fatty acids (oleic and linoleic acids) as well as phytosterols (β-sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol).
What does it do for your skin?
Sweet almond oil is a moisturising and regenerative active that works by restoring the skin’s lipid barrier and preventing water loss. It also presents soothing and softening properties and is especially indicated for irritated and dry skin.
