Witch hazel extract
What is it?
It is a plant extract from the leaves of Hamamelis virginiana L. with a heterogeneous actives content.
What does it do for your skin?
It has astringent (for its tannin content), antimicrobial, soothing and antioxidant properties. It also has balancing properties that help normalise sebaceous secretion and close pores. It encourages skin cleansing without drying out or changing the skin pH.
