Skin aging is accelerated by solar and digital exposure. Luckily, we are increasingly aware of the need to protect our skin from the sun and blue light from screens.

Radiation has negative effects on our skin. UVB radiation is responsible for erythema and sunburn. UVA radiation speeds up the skin aging process and unbalances cell metabolism. Blue light causes digital skin aging. Infrared rays damage collagen and elastin fibres.

All this radiation leads, in the long term, to a loss of firmness and elasticity (elastosis), wrinkles, dark spots and dehydration.
