Take 1 capsule every morning with a glass of water for at least 3 months. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 3 years of age, or if other food supplements containing astaxanthin esters are consumed on the same day. This product is not a substitute for topical sunscreen.
